Starbucks Partner Onboarding

In collaboration with Mentor Creative Group, we lead the user experience design for revising the Starbucks Partner Hub Onboarding process. Prior to the redesign this was an 8-screen process which took a long time for employees to complete. This redesign reduced the process to a single screen which provides all the information in an easy to understand way.

The new single-screen design also creates a more seamless mobile experience.
